Health & Solitude

The past few months I've been head down busy. That worked extremely well (and I loved it!) but such can only last so long before burnout begins to creep in. Over the past few weeks I've taken a Hell Yeah, or No approach to life. That's given me much more time to do a lot of nothing and in that space I've felt more creative than I have in a while. I have two "Hell Yeah" ideas I'm chewing on at the moment, I'll write more about it when it happens.

A primary focus over the past few weeks has been my health. I've removed most of the carbs & sugars from my diet and it's amazing how such small changes can have such dramatic impacts. A podcast I've come to love is The Drive by Dr. Peter Attia. It's "a weekly, ultra-deep-dive podcast focusing on maximizing health, longevity, critical thinking…".
